• Minimum 3 years of practical training experience in the relevant field.
• NSDA Skill Certificate is mandatory; candidates with CBT&A certification will be given preference.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Practical expertise in Graphic Design / Digital Marketing with freelancing career knowledge.
• Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and ability to integrate AI in training programs.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies.

• Conduct training sessions on Graphic Design / Digital Marketing as per NSDA Competency standards.
• Prepare training calendar, lesson plans, and relevant course materials.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance to trainees.
• Teach trainees how to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools relevant to their field.
• Continuously learn new topics and technologies, and share updated knowledge with trainees.
• Guide and mentor trainees for freelancing and employment opportunities.
• Assess trainee performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Support weaker trainees with additional guidance when required.
• Ensure punctuality, discipline, and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain professional collaboration with management, colleagues, and trainees.

• Job Type: Full-Time (Contractual)
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly: 6 Days in a week
• Salary Range: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise
