Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Training Institution as an Executive. This junior position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the institution, assisting in program coordination, administrative tasks, providing customer service, and managing our social media presence.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination:

   - Assist in coordinating training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, and materials preparation.

   - Ensure training rooms are set up with necessary equipment and resources.

 

2. Administrative Support:

   - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records of training sessions.

   - Support communication with participants, responding to inquiries, and providing information about training programs.

 

3. Logistical Assistance:

   - Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including coordinating with trainers, arranging catering, and managing event logistics.

 

4. Participant Assistance:

   - Welcome and assist participants during training sessions, ensuring a smooth and positive learning experience.

   - Address participant inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed.

 

5. Materials Management:

   - Assist in preparing and organizing training materials, handouts, and resources for participants and trainers.

 

6. Social Media Management:

   - Manage and maintain our social media pages by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.

   - Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, responding promptly and appropriately.

   - Use social media platforms to promote training programs, events, and engage with the online community.

 

7. Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and events.

   - Assist in gathering feedback from participants for continuous improvement.

 

8. Ad-hoc Tasks:

   - Support various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team to contribute to the institution's overall success.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma/bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.

- Basic understanding of the education and training sector in Bangladesh is a plus.
